We Just Went Viral!

Today at our Pasifika assembly we presented our astonishing items and performances. They were related to the cultures of Samoan/Tongan. Rooms 1, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 & room 12. Room 1 performed the "Sasa", the Sasa is a traditional Samoan dance. Room 1 executed the job successfully.

Next was Room 2.

They were singing, "Le Aute". They sang with harmony, melody and bass! We all gave them a clap! Next was room 6! They gave us a model of the dresses of Samoan & Tongan. We have never had a catwalk, ever in our whole schools. They were spectacular dresses. Room 7 performed a jump jam dance that they do for fitness. Room 9 sang a song, room 10 and then it is us. Room 12, we sang a song

What I Did At Technicraft For Our Last Day!

What I did at Technicraft we were final finishing our finial touches for our amazing and extraordinary projects/woodwork. It was our last day of tech so we had to be a little bit faster than normal and so we could take our projects home. It was very fun and exciting to finish our projects because in someday in the future when we learn about woodwork and joints we will be much more experienced! When we were working we all learned something, it's that we must always make something that really is possible.

Welcome Back To School Everyone!

It has been 2 weeks since we have come back to school. It is unfortunate that the 2 weeks of school holidays has ended. It is now a new term and harder challenges but good moments are anticipated. Cross country is coming up and we have been improving our fitness for this day. People from this room have been doing holiday blogging from the winter learning journey and perfecting our spectacular tones by singing our karaoke version of Moana. You can come this Thursday to watch us perform. Today we have our improved readers group!

Congratulations on achieving your new reading goal Tyron & Tuposeini!

And good job on those who have read over the school holidays!

If you know how to maneuver your way to the multipurpose room you will certainly enjoy this new experience at Ruapotaka School!
