Congrats And Your Welcome (For No Reason)

Congrats to those year fours who got awarded for getting a deposit of $40 for their chrome book next year.

And what Mrs Samuel said was a very inspirational thing especially for the year eights because they're going to college.

The Merriest Christmas Ever!

Christmas, this is not only something that gives spoiled children more presents to increase that demanding behavior, it's something to bring all families together as one. Oh, and don't forget those nice cookies and milk!

That is two out of 10 ways how people can celebrate Christmas, I mean you remember those people who struggle and can't even buy themselves a Christmas tree, or you could sing to people Christmas-related songs, which is called Caroling, or you could just, oh I don't know. There are lots of ways you could celebrate Christmas, like how I sleep in before my Christmas ends, so (#R.I.P Henry 2006 - 2019)

So what I expect from all of you is that you all have to celebrate Christmas, even if it means just saying "Merry Christmas!" to your neighbor. So I better see you celebrating Christmas (Or I'll steal your presents.)

Don't Forget The Cherry On Top! (Technicraft #4)

The final dish, was, unique...

I mean the dish was sausages, cut into halves, while topping some cheese with side-cut tomatoes to finish it off, oh and it doesn't stop there. We baked some fries as the sides of this "unique" dish that Mrs Tuipolotu told us to cook.

So it was "interesting" to make this dish, our final one.

Technicraft #3 "No More Chicken Dinner But Lots Of Air And Nothing..."

Judging by the title, lot's of people might be saying, "so you were in trouble and you couldn't cook" or maybe, "did you not want to cook or something" Or maybe eve-- I think you all know what happened actually. Besides the point of learning how to make brownies we were stuck with a sheet that had to make us explain what we normally do when we cook.

So it was basically a boring and unusual Wednesday at school. The same group moaned again (which was including me) because last time we had no teacher AGAIN. So I really don't care about tech because of how many things we repeat for 2 years.

This Is How Readers Should Get Along!

The Duffy Assembly (The last one) explains why bullying should be stopped as well as how people should get along. This is a great example for people who are getting bullied and how bystanders can help the victims in any situation.

When "Duffy" explained how stress can be stopped in an very enthusiastic and creative way it told me to stop going on devices before sleeping because obviously it increases stress. So this would be a great recommendation to everyone who does this. But instead of going on social media or listening to people on YouTube talk we could read a book. It's exactly as a YouTube except you're reading a book.

Thank You Soldiers, May You Rest In Peace.

This is not ANZAC day, It's Armistice Day, its the day when The Germans and The Allies ended WW1. My group made a slide of what Armistice Day is about.

I would also like to thank all those soldiers who sacrificed their lives just to let all of us live in this world. So thank you again.

Please Remain Silent, Tests Are About To Commence.....

Tests, one of the most anxiety breaking things in school. Sure it might give us a better future but, it's so time consuming! I mean, 45 mins per STAR and PAT tests, seriously.

It does give us peace and quiet that you've been thirsty for but, its like your in a library except your working.

It's still great how they give us tests which will exercise our brain. Not only does it show us that we should be better than before, it shows you that with practice comes perfection.

Happiness Is The Last Day Of School... Just Being Honest.

As you can see by the title, I am relieved  to no longer be in school. Though it will be very depressing that I won't be hanging out with my friends. Instead I will be able to catch up on some fantasy writing that I've missed out since the weekend.

I will see you next term! Cheerio!

You Better Jump To The Top! (Or Else)

Good luck to you all who are trying their hardest to enter the finalist, and right now as I a annoying 12 year old boy is typing this blog, my legs, or should I say, our legs are gonna need some good massages after School. How about I put that last sentence into 5 words (Technically.)
R.I.P Yr8 and Yr7 legs,

You will always be in our memories Legs.

A Basketball, A Soccer ball, A Rugby Ball, Now A Volley Ball! Oh You've Got To Be Kidding.

So many sport balls, so little time, oh sorry I was just imagining how many other balls could exist. Now that's what you call a ball-section.

All jokes aside, we lost another awesome coach who taught us amazing skills. Even though our head prefect Katrina had thanked you, I wanted to thank you personally for how much you have taught us in the small amount of time that you had. We also apologize for not making you a thank you card. Oh how unthoughtful of us!

Thank you, Hunter And Kevin!

Everyone, grab your tissues because one of the many Tai - Wong students, are leaving! Don't worry, they're going to see us in the next, uh I don't know, 10 - 15 years . *Room 12 cries* So don- oh, you're still crying. Well how about we flashback to one of our memories back when they outsmarted all of us, even the year 8's. *Henry and the rest of the Class, GET SMARTER* But....

As one awesome and intelligent person said, *That person is me, of course.* "All things must come to an end."
So, we all hope you a farewell and I hope we'll meet you all in the future.

A Great Show, In My Opinion That Is.

This show was interesting, No literally, I mean I don't even have to say it's about Maori-related when the performers recreate their own type of Maori myth in a way that they have been told. We also had 2 students and 1 teacher who greatly *badly* participated, especially the teach- er I mean one of the students *Mr Reid please try harder*

But, in the end they all tried their hardest. *They lacked participation,* also as my personal opinion on this performance are,
Good (in it's own way), unique and last of all, hilarious.
"Hilarious, Henry what do you mean by-" Sorry, If you all think this performance wasn't hilarious... Please re watch this video.
SO, as I was saying, These words explain all of the performance.

Term 2 Has Come To An End....

As you can see by the title, alot of things are about to go "poof," and then reboot into term 3, which new things await us at Term 3, so be prepared!

As other "thoughtful" kids, they might be happy to take a 2 weeks break from School so you might hear a, "time to play some video games," sometimes even a "2 weeks off? more like 10 weeks off."
Also a- looks like you get the point now of me accusing kids who say this (which I am one of them).

So, am I done criticizing kids which have there own point of perspective on holidays? I am? okay nice, so as any normal teacher would say, "try hard, be better than before!, thus I expect 20 pages of homework-" okay, I'll stop.

So please be on your best behavior and listen to your teachers.

This quote was definitely *not* created by Henry.

We Are Honored To Be Your Students, Dancing Sensei

If you are reading this Jess, we of Room 12 would like to thank you for going out of your way to teach us hip hop moves for 6 weeks. They have been an amazing time.

In the past few weeks, we have developed confidence, style and last of all, had fun! This has been fantastic for us because we were able to create our own dancing routines and we will continue with this. We all hope we will meet you again in the future.

With great honor,
Henry.

I Greet You To The Road!

Now, We know that children can be....... Repetitive,

but.... Oh if you try to make them collide with speeding cars, it would end in, the child's parents crying, your relatives start accusing the driver for speeding an- well, you get the point.

So, you're going to have to be cautious when approaching the road who we all know, right?

If you think this 11 year old kid is just making this blog for some pointless reason about road safety, you're wrong.

If you don't believe me then, read this.
On average, every week in New Zealand, precisely 20 pedestrians (around 1,000 annually) are injured badly enough to require  hospitalization, and there are at least one (65 constantly) deaths per week.

If a parent is reading this blog, please don't take away your childrens' outside privileges, the reason why, is because they might beg the heck out of you that you will just have to give into their ways!

There are ways you could protect your children, without being there for them. You could teach your child/sibling or even a close friend of yours to teach them the road safety rules.

So, go out and stand on the road (not literally)  and teach those speeding drivers a lesson by reporting their license plate number at the right time, especially around your school!

Hello Fellow Internet User, Welcome To Term 2!

Even though I wanted to savour the continuity of my two weeks off, sadly it was the 30th of April so I just had to pulled myself together for School!

As I traveled to School I visualized the possibilities that could occur throughout our learning experience, all of the activities in class, with my friends I burst in enjoying countless minutes during recess, alternative lessons through the process of class and the outburst of laughter whenever Mrs Golder or Mr Reid make pointless mistakes. I shouldn't imagine that huge, should I?

As I entered through the School entrance, I saw the office, my fellow senior classmates interacting with their companions  while impatiently waiting for the doors to open. Meanwhile the junior students were acting as just straight out fools.

"It's good to be back." I quietly whispered to myself.

Welcome To The Rivertalk

Yesterday at The Rivertalk near Tamaki College there were many people who have explained why we should save the river and to prevent any more pollution caused by rubbish that doesn't belong to the sea and the sea creatures.

Two more schools joined and experienced the same amazing  presentations that have been created.  The two schools were St Heliers and Pt England. As we watched the performers  who expressed their culture we knew the story and the significance of the river. It is important that we don't ignore the pollution around out country and worldwide.

R10 Syndicate Assembly

Congrats to the people who succeeded in these first five weeks of Ruapotaka Primary and have earned their merit certificate!
This syndicate assembly was formulated and provided this assembly for us with these outstanding songs and ideas of theirs that was planed to occur on Monday.
